This is a simple picture I drew. This combination of five movements is called “die fünf Tibeter.” As far as I know, a lot of people used to practice this exercise based on Hatha-Yoga in Switzerland, before I moved here.
I was interested in “die fünf Tibeter” two years ago, as it has been getting popular among the current generation of young people in Japan and many courses are offered. I bought a book about this exercise, found information online and took a short course near Zurich. The instructor has a certificate of “Fünf »Tibeter«®-Trainer/in.”
I practiced it daily exactly for three months (I missed my Japanese workout Jikyojutsu during this period).
What I realized was “die fünf Tibeter” helped me have a better mental condition. It was a good notice for me. They say it has a good effect on the body (training muscles, relieving pains etc.) as well.
