This combination of five movements is called “die fünf Tibeter.” As far as I know, a lot of people used to practice this exercise based on Hatha-Yoga in Switzerland, before I moved here. I would like to be healthy to enjoy my life. I should be healthy to give my clients massage treatments. One of my regular practices is Jikyojutsu, a 100 year old Japanese workout. They say this is the first Japanese well-structured exercise created by a Japanese therapist. I learned it in Japan and has been my important routine for the past many years.
